Payment Information. When you make a purchase, third-party service providers that handle payments for us will receive your payment card information.

Funding Application Information. If you apply for funding from us through our Service, we ask for your name, email address, company name, company URL, information about your product, demo video or presentation, and other information you choose to provide.

Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, when you contact us for customer support, we will receive your email address, social media handle, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. B. Information We Collect When You Use our Service

10. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. 13. Commsor's use Google’s API

Commsor uses Google’s Application Programming Interface (API) Services to enable the user authorization feature for accessing the Commsor platform.

Commsor's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.

14. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18.

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18, and no part of our Service is directed to children.
